I have lived in Oregon for over 45 years and of those years more than 30 have been in Real Estate and Lending.  In addition, I have worked as an advisor to Mayor Johnson in Albany on his housing policy and I am currently a Benton County Planning Commissioner.  This gives me a very comprehensive and uncommon understanding of housing.
